Melanie Marbare
Founding Director
Melanie has a background in Education and is a Specialist Dyslexia Teacher. She currently lives with her husband and children in the UK where she has been receiving cancer treatment since 2005. She still works very closely with schools in Barbados offering quality first teacher training and implementing policies that shape inclusive school environments. She oversees the governance of Beloved Charity , supporting families going through cancer in Barbados.
Natasha Gray
Client & Corporate Director
Natasha has over 28 years of experience in Special Education, she is Director of Spark Learning and Making Thinking Visible®. She is a registered member of the British Psychological Society and advocates for neurodiverse individuals, providing psycho-educational assessments, consulting, and training regionally and with the Inter-American Development Bank on educational projects. Natasha liaises with our client and business partners to coordinate the special experiences and gifts.
Jacob Green
Marketing and Social Media Director
Jacob is Music Producer and content creator. He is also a qualified Sports Therapist and a keen sportsman. He loves the outdoors and has an interest in travelling to experience different cultures and areas of natural beauty. Jacob is responsible for our marketing strategy and technical support,. He ensures that our social media platforms are updated regularly to showcase the work of the charity, alliances, and business partnerships.
Terrence E. C. Jones
Pastoral Support
Terrence is the Associate Pastor at Oasis Church of Conway Gardens in Orlando, FL. He is a podcast speaker and blog writer for NORMAL FAITH – a teaching ministry dedicated to helping Christians celebrate their faith in joyful simplicity. With guidance and insight, Terrence oversees our pastoral needs at BeLoved.
